Service Description
One-on-one Training is great for any dancer looking to achieve a specific goal or hone their skills. After an assessment, dancers will be given a customized workout plan to fit their goals and schedule. Specific areas of focus could include broad or specific goals. Some examples include: • Improve Endurance • Improve Tilts/Leg Holds • Improve Pirouettes • Pre-Pointe/Pointe Focused Strength • Improve Balance • Strengthen Turnout • Gain Power in Jumps Just to name a few! One-on-one training is also a great option for dancers recovering from an injury or returning to activity after an injury. We are happy to correspond with your dancer’s physiotherapist or other health care providers to ensure programming is tailored to the individual dancer’s needs.
