What is cross-training?
Cross-training is just another way of saying adding variation to your training. Some athletes do this by participating in multiple sports, participating in different fitness activities, or varying workout styles.
Why cross-train?

Athletes who train in one sport exclusively are at a higher risk of injury compared to those who cross-train. Varying an athlete's training can address strength imbalances and improve overall fitness helping minimize the risk of injury. Many studies have been performed linking cross-training to improved dance performance!
What makes Refine different?

Dancers are busy and at Refine we get it! We aim to create a program that compliments each dancer’s busy schedule while still factoring in time to rest and keep up with everything else in life!
