About Refine

Refine Cross Training provides customized workout plans for dancers. These plans complement individual training needs and goals. Refine can help dancers gain strength, stamina, control, mobility, and more; utilizing over 10 years of ballet teaching experience and research-backed training techniques. Dancers will not only get stronger but will better understand their bodies and their individual needs as athletes. Cross-training can be attributed to performance improvements, injury prevention, and overall strength improvements. Through the combination of dance and fitness knowledge Refine offers programming that will complement dancers' current training regimen. Refine is here to help dancers achieve their full potential!

Facility 

Refine operates out of Serious Academy of Hockey's Performance Centre. This private gym is equipped with a fantastic selection of free weights, benches, squat racks, agility equipment, cardio equipment and so much more!

About Halie

Halie grew up dancing in Saskatoon. She trained in a variety of disciplines including Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hip and more. She found a love for ballet and completed her Certification in Ballet Teaching Studies in 2013. She has had the opportunity to teach students across Saskatchewan. She found a passion for fitness which led to getting her certification in personal training. She quickly saw the value in providing strength training for dancers. Halie continues to take workshops and courses and keeps up with the latest research to ensure she provides to best training for her students. 

Halie has a passion for empowering dancers through knowledge of movement and strength!
